Appointment requests
Submitting a form or completing the AI booking conversation sends an appointment request. Availability, the service, the fee and the appointment arrangements must be confirmed with us. Same-day appointments and priority dispatch depend on availability and document requirements; exact timing is confirmed at booking.
Services and pricing
The prices shown on our Services & Pricing page apply to the services described there. Your quote depends on the service and any requested travel or additional support. Remote Online Notarization is quote-only. Please confirm the total fee and any additional services before agreeing to the appointment.
Preparing for a signing
Have valid government-issued photo ID, the unsigned document and all required signers ready. Tell us about any witness requirements when requesting the appointment. We do not draft documents or advise on their legal effect. Check document and acceptance requirements with your attorney or the receiving organization.
Network and online services
A New York notary from our network may attend an in-person appointment. We arrange Remote Online Notarization through our NY-registered electronic notary partner, who performs the notarization over secure video. Document suitability and acceptance must be checked for your request.
Changes to a request
If your preferred time, location, document needs or contact details change, please call or contact us promptly. Discuss any cancellation, rescheduling or payment questions directly with us before the appointment.
Website and AI assistant
The website and AI assistant help with service enquiries and booking coordination. Please review the booking summary and correct any errors. Do not rely on the assistant for legal advice, document preparation or a decision about your legal rights.
