Remote Online Notarization is a notarization carried out over live, secure video instead of meeting a notary in person. A registered electronic notary verifies your identity, witnesses the electronic signing, and applies the electronic notarization.

When RON Is a Good Fit
RON can suit out-of-town, out-of-state, or overseas clients and busy professionals. Many affidavits, powers of attorney, and business documents may be eligible, subject to the partner’s review and the receiving party’s requirements.
Some documents or receiving parties require in-person, wet-ink notarization. In that case, we offer our mobile notary visit.
