When you call, use a form, or chat with our AI booking assistant, you may share your name, phone number, email, requested service, document type, signer count and appointment preferences. For an in-person visit, we also need the appointment location. Online notarization requests do not require an appointment address.
How we use your details
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and follow up on your request. Chat details may be saved when you provide a phone number or email, even if you do not finish the booking. A request is not an appointment confirmation until the arrangements have been agreed.
Services involved in your request
The website uses service providers for hosting, AI chat, storing enquiries, email notifications and appointment coordination. Booking information is forwarded through Make to support our enquiry records and follow-up. We may share relevant appointment details with the network notary or electronic notary partner handling your request.
Please limit sensitive information
Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card details, identity-document numbers or confidential document contents in chat or the enquiry forms. A document type and a brief description are usually enough to begin. Our AI booking assistant is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice.
Browser storage
The chat uses browser storage to recognize your conversation on this device. Clearing your browser’s site data can reset this reference; it does not necessarily remove enquiry records already sent to us.
